These steps will guide you to send money from Europe to your home country.
To do so, firstly, you have to load money (CREDIT/DEBIT CARD or BANK TRANSFER) to your Rewire account. Once you have a Balance, you can send this money (Wire Transfer or Cash Pick-Up) to your receiver.
If you are a new user, ensure that you have already signed up for a Rewire account before you follow this guide. If you have an account, log into your account.WE
Send Money
1. Get Started
In order to create an order to Send Money with Rewire, click on the Send Money tab or the Get Started button on the homepage.
2. Enter the amount to send
Enter the amount you want to send (in euros or in pesos for this example or any other currency you are sending) into the calculator. You will see how much you will exactly receive based on today's rate. Click on Next once you are ready.
3. Add Receiver Details
Enter the Receiver's details (first name, last name, receiver city, receiver phone number).
Please check that the information you key in is correct because mistakes can lead to delays in the transfer. Click on Next after that.
4. Select Receiving Method
If you would like your Receiver to get a bank transfer, continue to the next step of the wire transfer guide. The other receiving methods are to the Philippines only.
If available, and you would like your Receiver to get a cash pick-up, continue to the Cash Pick-Up section of the guide. If you would like to send to mobile wallet go to the Mobile Wallet section section of the guide.
5. Select the Receiving Method
Select the Bank Account option.
6. Receiver's Bank Account Details
Key in the details (Choose Bank from the drop-down menu, and the enter the account number) of your Receiver.
Ensure the details given are correct to prevent delay of transfers.
7. Review and Send
This is the last step before your order is created.
Ensure that the order details (recipient, bank details of the recipient, the amount you are sending) are correct.
Take note of the expected date you will receive the payment in your receiving country. If your account has money loaded already click "send now." If you haven't yet loaded money to your Rewire account the next step is to load money. Select a deposit method.

Cash Pick-Up
To send through cash pick-up instead, select the Cash Pick-up option if available.
Key in the details (Choose Pick Up from the drop-down menu, and the enter the full address) of your Receiver.
Ensure the details given are correct to prevent delay of transfers. 
Mobile Wallet
To send to Mobile Wallet option, select the Mobile Wallet option if available.
Choose the type of mobile wallet between Gcash and Coins.ph, then enter the account number and click “Add.”
New Users Identification
If this is your first transfer and you haven’t set up your Rewire IBAN account yet it will ask for documentation to prove your identity before confirming the transfer. Choose the form of ID to upload. You must have one of the following documents to upload:
– Passport (International)
– Citizenship or Residence Card (EU issued)
– ID (EU Used)
– Driving Licenses
Click “Take Photo” to upload a photo of your ID/Passport or to take a photo of it.
Enter your address details starting with Street name, street number, apartment number, postal code, city and Country. Add your date of birth and click “Next.”
11. Acknowledgement and Receipt of Money
There will be a pop up to let you know that the order is created.
It will take approximately 1 business day for the money to reach your bank account in your home country.
Once the money reaches your beneficiary, we will send you a confirmation and the relevant claiming information by SMS and it will also be shown on your Rewire Home and History tab.
For cash pickups in the Philippines through M-Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, LBC & Palawan, we will also send an SMS to the receiver with the necessary claiming information.
