Sending money home with Rewire is simple and safe. If you send money abroad regularly, you might reach the limit of ILS 50,000 over the course of 6 months. In this case, you’re required by the Israeli Regulatory Authorities to upgrade your account limit.
This process is fast, simple, and can be completed at the Super-Pharm branch closest to you.
Here is a step-by-step guide to extending your account limits:
1. Get Started
Log into your Rewire account. On the home screen, you'll see a notification inviting you to extend your account limits.
2. Upload a second ID
Tap on "Upload Second ID" to continue and add one of the following:
-Border control approval
-Valid working visa
-Valid driver's license from Israel or from your country of origin
-Israeli HMO (Kupat Holcim Card) with your name
-Valid bank credit/debit card
3. Camera Permissions
Tap "Allow" to enable your camera permissions, so you'll be able to take a photo of your ID using your phone's camera.
4. Take a photo of your ID
Make sure your ID fits in the frame.
5. Check readability
Make sure the information is seen clearly, with no blur or glare. Click "Submit" to continue.
6. Fill in a questionnaire
Fill in a 3-minute questionnaire to help Rewire and the financial regulators to know you better. Click "Tap to fill" to continue.
7. Identify in person at the closest Super-Pharm branch
To complete the face-to-face identification step, take your second ID and go to the nearest physical store. Click here to see the closest Super-Pharm to you.
8. Show your barcode to the person at the counter
Once you're at the Super-Pharm, go to the cashier and show your second ID and barcode.
IMPORTANT: Show the barcode in your Rewire app. A screenshot will not work.
9. One last question

10. Sign and complete
Draw your signature using your finger. Make sure you sign inside the box. After signing, tap the "Finish" button.
11. That's it! You're all done
Congrats 🙂 You've successfully completed the identification process, and your account is beign reviewed. Please tell the Rewire agent or the Super-Pharm cashier that you're done.
