There could be several reasons for having no balance.
- You might not have created an order, hence your account isn’t validated with passport details & address.
- The passport number you have provided might not be the same as the one we see in the passport picture you have uploaded on Rewire
- The passport picture you have uploaded might not have been approved due to flash, being cut, or blurry.
- The phone number you have provided does not correspond to the number provided by the Rewire depositing point.
- We may not have received your transfer from your bank because it takes one business day. The bank might also have rejected the transfer.
